CNY Coming~!

Yes, CNY is coming and I can't wait as the relatives are coming, the gambling are starting, the food are to be awaited for. But I am wondering, should I go gym during CNY ? ? ? I am very tempted to go to gym because I am sure I would be putting on an extra few kgs for sure~!

Argghhhh~! The weather is pretty hot these days and people say its because it is CNY. Everytime it is CNY it would be hot and there would not be any rain. Of course this means that my house (the place where the CNY will be held this time around, AGAIN~!) would be very hot especially since there is no air con downstairs, but usually, it is the downstairs hall that is cooling and stuff~!

I hope this time around, there would be a happier aura in the atmosphere as there might be a few glitches here and there which might not be very good for me, as I might have to handle a lot more shit from it. Tough luck for me, but no worries, I shall try to work things out with the help of my other relatives. Hehehe.

Anywayz I hope everyone is ready for the coming CNY, as it seems that I might have to do some wet market shopping because I am pretty free after today (Tuesday) as my father would be closing the company for awhile as he would be away~! But of course I shall have to work on some websites for his company or so over the CNY. Working on websites seems quite interesting, though it does get frustrating sometimes, but I like doing it. Dunno why it is so.

But anywayz, I have approval from him to do it, but would finalize some details with him later and get started with. Hehehe. It shall be a working CNY for me. Weee.

The Heat Is a Killer~!

Wow, the heat is a real killer despite it raining in Klang Valley yesterday evening, and a heavy rain at that especially in the Kota Damansara area, which caused a bloody flood. Luckily my car was able to go through the flood with no problem. Just put into 2nd gear and drive at a constant speed. I am certainly destroying my car by doing so and I just got it cleaned like 2 days ago. Haihz, what a rain to make it dirty again, but it definitely helped cool down Klang Valley despite the jam that was caused by it.

Anywayz, it is another hot day again. It is really annoying, and I am losing my appetite to eat? I don't really know for sure, but it seems that I cant seem to eat as much as I used to. Something must be wrong with me or rather, I worked out my stomach too much to a point it says "NO MORE~! I DON'T WANT ANYMORE FOOD~!". So I guess I have to take it easy on the intake of food. Though I didn't really finish my lunch. But it just didn't taste nice at all. Maybe my brain is telling me to not eat unhealthy food. Maybe, just wishful thinking. Hahaha.

Anywayz, my dear TSL asked me to do a body fat analysis, but I refused to because I am still full of fats. Body fats are all over my body. So I shall not go until I think I am fit enough to be analysed~! I am seriously trying to get back my six packs which I had when I was in Form 2 or Form 3. Damn I was bloody skinny then. But I am now so full of fats~! Hahahaha.

Anywayz, I gotten myself a hosting for making a nicer blog and nicer website. Hehehe, but it seems that I have to wait until my account is ok, as it is still under pending. Haihz, waiting takes up a lot of my time. Hahaha. Weee, can't wait to try it out. Gotta try out what I can do with the new hosting. Hehehe.

Back from Penang

Ahh, it feels good to be home. Of course I got back home like after 10pm on Friday night after driving all the way down from Penang. It was certainly a tiring trip. It was also the trip where I gained weight. Damn~! Not enough exercise on my end plus took very heavy breakfasts on top of the irregular meals after. So, from my original weight before leaving of about 83kg, I am now weighing in at a horrible 85kg~!

Of course Saturday was a day where I should have gone to gym but I had to attend a wedding reception of a cousin of mine from my father's side. So it was a Malay wedding. My cousin got married with an Indonesian. I won't go so much into details, but I have some pictures ~~as well as some videos which I will try to post up later on~~ I wanna share. Here they are~!

After the wedding reception of course I headed back together with my father, since we came together in 1 car. My father was complaining he wants to watch Avatar since he still hasn't watched it yet. So I said ok, I shall buy for him online. Which I did, and to my surprise, the cinema was already full house for that Saturday, leaving only seats in the 1st row from the screen. Which is not a position which we would fancy especially if its 3D~! So I was able to find him a single seat which people didn't choose because only 1 seat was left and he got to watch it on Sunday evening.

As I reached home, my mother informed me she wanted to buy a new LCD TV from Senheng or SenQ, because she wanted to redeem the points from her credit card. Which we then did, by heading over to Leisure Mall, and not long after talking to the sales person, my mother choose a Toshiba LCD TV~! Yay~!!! New TV.

Of course the new TV arrived the next day which is the Sunday. Of course I never did make it to the gym on Saturday because I was feeling incredibly exhausted running around in the hot hot hot Saturday weather.

Of course on Sunday morning I paid my dues to the gym where I worked out pretty hard, but was focusing more on my upper body and did sit ups a little longer. I also did my lower back which I can still feel the muscle aching today (Monday). But being it a Federal Territory day, the gym was scheduled to open later, and close earlier, as a result, I decided not to head to gym, as my father wanted me in to help him with quite a abit of work. Of course I had done as much as I could on my own, but he has gone out and I need to discuss with him on the other works. So I am here blogging a little, before I start doing something else. Hehehe.

Anywayz, it has been a tiring week for me last week and it was a week where I gained soo much weight. So I have to work doubly hard to lose it this week. Ohhh, not forgetting, Fitness First is open for this week from the 1st till the 7th for their Movement @ Fitness First's International Fitness Week. It seems like there are a lot of activities that will be happening.

Seems pretty cool, as there are really quite abit of activities running this week. I wanna try to go for it, but I think I would be busy working. But of course I will pay my dues in the morning with my morning workouts. Hehehe.

Out Of Town~!

Looks like I forgot to inform I would be outstation this week. I am typing this in Penang. With all the various good food. Was wondering what places have really good food over here in Penang. Seeing I only been here once and got a friend to show myself and also TSL to some of the good food around in Penang. I havent got the chance to check a few places.

Anywayz, I am here in Penang to help my father with his work and also be his driver to Penang because he is super tired mentally. Despite my nagging on changing his lifestyle he is still stubborn on living an unhealthy lifestyle. But at least he is feeling a little bit more energetic thanks to the Essentials as well as the CoQuinone. He takes them on a daily basis as it helps give him the energy he needs for his very unhealthy life which is not the way, as one should make a better lifestyle choices to improve their own overall health.

Also despite me being outstation I still make an effort to head to gym. Though I did miss gym on Monday, But I made it yesterday and today. Though yesterday I kinda got lost finding for the gym inside the mall. Luckily I was able to find a guard and ask him the directions to the lift which seems to be the only way of getting to the gym. And surprisingly the gym was pretty empty of people. Not that many people in the gym though there are a lot of those buff guys building.

Today however I got to see some nice girls doing hell of a lot of cardio workouts. It was pretty insane to do so much cardio to me. So as usual I was still building my body little by little. Of course there are much more to build. And of course there are much more for me to push but many has been telling me to slow down on my workout. Maybe I should just just maintain and increase the repetitions. But for now I must establish a constant weight which I will use as my benchmark for my current workout. Hehehe.

Of course I am using the Essentials to enhance my recovery. Of course it works quite well seeing my body has gotten used to it. Hehehe, I should be a little busy over the next two days as well. Kinda makes me wish I was home. Staying in the hotel for 3 nights already makes me a little irritated, what more I have to stay another two nights including tonight. But, this is work. So just have to bear with it for the moment.

I kinda returned a few days ago but forgotten to update my blog. So this is a short update then to notify everyone I am back and that people can contact me anytime.

Next on topic, I have been going to gym and pushing myself, but rather I am not feeling as much pain as I used to. Kinda weird. But its ok i guess. Time to push even harder I guess. That is the way to go.

Double Gym Time~!

Damn, it really hurts to go to the gym twice in a day, and working really hard at both times. That's what I did yesterday. I went to gym in the morning, working hard on my cardio as well as on my legs. I also worked on my biceps and my triceps using the free weights. Of course I was also keen on working on my chest that I went for the machines to build my chest. It was a painful, and I won't lie about it.

So as normal I would go to work after gym. But I was really itchy and asked my friend if he was going gym that evening, and he was going, so I decided to join him. Why join him, well definitely because I wanted to learn on how to build the chest more effectively from the sifu who has been going to gym for the past 4 years. So I am pretty sure he would know a lot more than I do in terms of body building and true enough he does know his stuff.

As a result my body is aching despite me taking the supplements. But the aching isn't as bad as I had expected. Just a little bit more tired than usual. Gotta train my body up to withstand even greater stress and build my stamina up to last through the day~!

Well that's about it. I hope that you would join me in getting into shape before the festive season that is coming soon. If you do, give me a holla, and we shall motivate each other towards reaching our goal before the festive season arrives.

Woah~! Changes And More Changes~!

Looks like there are many changes that are taking place at the moment. Changes in my personal life and also changes in the USANA product line. After all my effort, there are gonna be some major changes?
Wow, that's a lot of changes in my life both personal and work wise. Nonetheless, I should accept the change, but there are a few products that I wish to get before it is discontinued. I guess I better keep the packaging as a memorabilia of USANA in Malaysia. LOL~!!!

Nonetheless the changes that are coming are by far very major, and its a great deal to accept and adapt to, but I shall adapt and of course I shall have to make changes to the site once again to fit in the new changes. So, firstly I would like to announce that both the Dutch Chocolate and French Vanilla Nutrimeal are currently out of stock and would come in new packaging with an added new flavour~! Don't worry, I shall keep you updated about it, no worries there alright~!

This would certainly mean that the Nutrimeal posts shall be temporarily removed until further notice and this would also mean that the RESET Program as well shall be on hold. But worry not, the changes will take effect soon enough as soon as the stock arrives in Malaysia, I myself shall make the necessary changes.

Another change would be another well known product in the nutritional line. This is still unconfirmed and I shall get back to you about it once it is announced.

The First Day Of The New Year~!

Wow, its really 1st of January 2010. Time really flies. Around this time last year, I was still in my employment that struck fear everytime I had a call, because its usually the managers who wants something or unhappy about my work. Certainly it was a time to be remembered as one of the periods that I was feeling kinda scared. But now I am currently helping out my father, getting into shape, working on my business, and also working on getting my ass overseas. Kinda a lot of stuff for 1 guy isn't it? But I can't complain, as I have much to prove since my employment days.

I was suppose to be uploading some testimonials that I had recorded in the past month or so, but unfortunately I have some problem editing and uploading it. Its about how this diabetic person who has been living with diabetes for the past 20 years, and his condition improved after taking USANA supplements for a number of months. Well, I think the video would tell his story even better. So wait for it alright~!

I did go for my gym regime but still i forgot to stretch after using each different machine workout. I certainly can feel my muscles especially my triceps improving. I need to push myself to carry the same amount of weights for the next 1 - 2 weeks or so to see myself stable, as I feel a lot of shakiness when I carry the weights or do the machines. Certainly a good workout. As for the gym, seems like the gym is full of people on New Year's Day. There were so many people in gym especially in the group class. It was funky line dance. Looks very exciting but it is 2 hours long~! I ain't got that much stamina just yet. So I shall put that on hold till later.

Next thing, my oldest cat, El2 is down with something, and I brought her to the vet and got some meds, but she has to return for some stitching as she needs to be under anesthesia. And she puts up a real fight when I wanted to feed her the meds. I did not escape unscathed. But she certainly is an old cat. Here are some pictures of her.

This girl of mine, has been giving me an impossible time of feeding the meds to her. She has an ability to keep the meds in her mouth despite me massaging her throat to clear the meds down and then spits it out as soon as I let her go. Disastrous~! Of course, again I did not come out unscathed. More battle wounds from her.

Well, I was not able to give her the meds for the night time which I think might be bad for her, so I shall try it again in the morning.

Its pretty late at night, but I am getting hungry. Need to grab a bite out of something, really really hungry. Well, maybe I shall just head to bed. Being really tired and all, it is only fair that I head to bed. Another morning of gym for me tomorrow.

The New Year, The New Avenue

Ahh, its new year's eve, and finally, the official launch of this site. By meaning of official launch meaning it will be made known to the public. So of course, there will be links all over the place, like twitter, facebook, my old blogs, and a few more avenues. Here, we shall together learn a lil about me, about how to lose weight, about how to maintain good health, about how to eat healthy, and much more ......

As the new year approaches, there are many things that I am looking back on. This blog would now be my project towards helping myself and others out there to improve themselves. There were many challenges faced during this year and of course this year has presented a lot of changes in my life and the lives of those around me. So, I would like to share my experience as well as my research here for all to read.

I would love to hear some feedback from via email or via Windows Live or Skype which can be found on the right sidebar. If you like what you read here, please share it with others. Because I myself am still learning about myself and about the world.

2 weeks in and feeling the pain~!

Wow, it has been 2 weeks into my gym membership and I am feeling the pain. Of course that is with the help of a personal instructor who wanted me to sign up for a 1-to-1 personal training, which in the end was discussed about with my financial advisor and of course I realised that I don't really have that much money to spare anyway. So I decided to not go for the 1-to-1 personal training and hope that working out on my own would be sufficient towards attaining the better looking body~!

Of course this is still a pre-launch posting as I am still struggling to complete the health blog in terms of information and testimonials though I have collected the information for it. It just falls down to me writing it in and posting it up.

I hope that everyone would enjoy this blog as I will try my best to make it as interesting as I can.

Almost a week~!

It has almost been a week since I joined the gym. Of course I have my picture of before. I certainly look nasty in that photo, and I am hoping that I would be able to improve in the next few months or so. I must not sway from my regime of gym attendance and routines for the next few months to be able to see some results. I also have to read up from a few magazines on how to loose all the extras that I have on myself.

Hohoho, looks like I should not post my ugly picture up. People were puking the whole way through. So I edited out the pictures to prevent any further puking by any poor soul. Of course I shall my before and after pictures after I have gained a better looking body through my daily routine of fitness exercise and body building.

I need a proof reader for my blog as well. With hopes that people do not mistaken my sometimes wrongly written posts.

New Beginning To My Better Health~!

Yes, it is a new beginning, and even though this blog has not officially been launched as there are many other things still not done, I am posting this new post to announce that I have made myself commit to Fitness First gym for 1 year and I have to stick through it and make a vow that I would push myself towards achieving the old body that I used to have or rather build myself a new body~!

As this is a blog on my journey towards better health, I would solely focus on many health issues, including my own health issues. The Regimen

Now the BASICS regimen is pretty simple to follow as it is as easy as 1, 2 and 3. So lets take a look at it step by step alright~!

Step 1:

Wash your face with the Gentle Daily Cleanser. As it is a soap-free gel type cleanser, take 2 to 3 squirts onto your fingertips of either your left or right hand, and then you rinse the other hand (which does not have the cleanser). Rub the fingertips of both hands together then work the cleanser onto your dry skin using a circular motion over the face and neck upwards.

After working the cleanser in circular motion over your neck and face, rinse thoroughly under water. For me I would rinse it during my shower as it is easier to rinse it off.

The Gentle Daily Cleanser is to be used in the morning and night on a daily basis.

After cleansing, your skin is prepared for the next step in the Sensè skin-care regimen, which is to tone using the Hydrating Toner.

Step 2:

After cleansing, shake the Hydrating Toner onto the palm of your hands or saturate a cotton pad, then sweep it over your neck and face. It is to be used in the morning and evening.

Step 3:

In Malaysia there are many nutritional supplements that are being sold in the market currently. This is a fact as you can see tonnes of vitamins are sold on the shelves of pharmacies. But how do you really choose your supplement?

By promotion of "Buy 2 Free 1" ?

But how do we know about the quality of the supplements that are on the shelves? Well fortunately for everyone there is a book that actually helps review the various multi-vitamins that are in the various different markets, like in the USA and Canada as well as Australia. The book is is titled "Nutrisearch Comparative Guide to Nutritional Supplements" and it reviews 1500 products all over the USA and Canada. There is also an Australian version which reviews 500 products all over Australia. Here is a glimpse of the book~!

This book is available at any major bookstores in Malaysia. The Australian version is not available here as it is only available in Australia. But worry not, I shall get my hands on a copy so that you can take a look at its comparisons.

Of course the Essentials has been chosen as the Editor's Choice in the latest version which is the Consumer Edition.

I experienced irregular period with a very minimal flow since I got married about 2++ years ago. Doc suspects me having PCOS, due to the imbalance hormones inside my body. And I think my stressfull work and hectic life also contributing to this.

I started with USANA since 01 August 2009, 2 tablets for each AO Pro and Chelated Minerals and a tablet of Provflavanol everyday. I had my period about two weeks later and guess what, the flow that was very minimal before had increased. Still minimal, but more than before. Alhamdulillah, that was a good sign.

I continue with USANA until my 2nd period cycle. By the time, I’d placed my second order of USANA Essentials. This time I increase to 4 tablets per day (2 morning and 2 night) and 3 tablets for Provflavanol (2 morning and 1 night). For the 2nd cycle, the flow is getting heavier. Still not heavy enough, but for me it’s good. Well, even my progress it quite slow than others, at least for me it works, dengan izin Allah. Alhamdulillah.
