Wow, it has been 2 weeks into my gym membership and I am feeling the pain. Of course that is with the help of a personal instructor who wanted me to sign up for a 1-to-1 personal training, which in the end was discussed about with my financial advisor and of course I realised that I don't really have that much money to spare anyway. So I decided to not go for the 1-to-1 personal training and hope that working out on my own would be sufficient towards attaining the better looking body~!
Of course this is still a pre-launch posting as I am still struggling to complete the health blog in terms of information and testimonials though I have collected the information for it. It just falls down to me writing it in and posting it up.
I hope that everyone would enjoy this blog as I will try my best to make it as interesting as I can.
