Damn, it really hurts to go to the gym twice in a day, and working really hard at both times. That's what I did yesterday. I went to gym in the morning, working hard on my cardio as well as on my legs. I also worked on my biceps and my triceps using the free weights. Of course I was also keen on working on my chest that I went for the machines to build my chest. It was a painful, and I won't lie about it.
So as normal I would go to work after gym. But I was really itchy and asked my friend if he was going gym that evening, and he was going, so I decided to join him. Why join him, well definitely because I wanted to learn on how to build the chest more effectively from the sifu who has been going to gym for the past 4 years. So I am pretty sure he would know a lot more than I do in terms of body building and true enough he does know his stuff.
As a result my body is aching despite me taking the supplements. But the aching isn't as bad as I had expected. Just a little bit more tired than usual. Gotta train my body up to withstand even greater stress and build my stamina up to last through the day~!
